Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” — James 4:7Today we stand in the authority of Jesus Christ and pray protection over our children.By the blood of Jesus shed at Calvary, we take the Word of God, which is the sword of the Spirit, and declare that every lie, every fear, every troubling influence, and every assignment contrary to the peace of Christ must lose its hold.We ask the Lord to cut every bondage, break every fearful image, silence every lying voice, and cancel every assignment formed against the next generation.May every child be covered under the lordship of Jesus Christ, guarded in mind, heart, sleep, and spirit.Let holy angels surround them.Let truth overcome fear.Let peace overcome torment.Let the authority of Jesus Christ stand over every home.Our children belong to Jesus Christ.They are covered by His blood, guarded by His truth, and held securely under His authority.In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
