The Origins of Victorious Ministry Through Christ (VMTC)<\/h3>\n

Victorious Ministry Through Christ (VMTC) was established by Mrs. Anne S. White of Florida, one of the pioneering figures of the post-war charismatic movement. While alone in a ship’s cabin, she experienced the baptism of the Holy Spirit\u2014a powerful encounter that came at a time when little to no modern teaching existed on the subject.<\/p>\n

This life-changing experience sparked a global ministry. Throughout the 1950s, 60s, and 70s, Mrs. White emerged as a prominent international evangelist, proclaiming a message of spiritual renewal, deliverance, and victorious living through Christ.<\/p>\n

Her God-given vision became the foundation of VMTC, a ministry that continues to train, equip, and empower believers around the world through the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Long before the formation of Victorious Ministry Through Christ (VMTC), Mrs. Anne S. White observed a recurring gap in Christian ministry. Despite receiving prayer and counseling, many believers continued to struggle with the same issues, unable to walk in lasting freedom and victory through Christ.<\/p>\n

In 1948, a pivotal moment changed everything. As a young mother with limited time for spiritual pursuits, Mrs. White had a profound encounter with God that would forever alter the course of her life. This transformative experience became the cornerstone of what would eventually develop into the VMTC prayer ministry.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Mrs. White recounted this moment in her 1969 book, Healing Adventure:<\/h3>\n
\n

\u201cFor three long years, our five-year-old son had suffered from dreadful asthmatic attacks\u2026 even a climate change brought no relief. During the worst times, he had to receive adrenaline shots to help him breathe.<\/em><\/p>\n

One night, after reading a magazine about recent healings, I felt my lost childhood faith return. At 2 a.m., I went to check on my son, but it was too early for more medicine. In desperation, I thought, \u2018There\u2019s nothing I can do.\u2019 At that moment, I heard a still small voice say, \u2018Yes, there is. You can kneel down and pray.\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n

Then the voice continued: \u2018It is not My will for an innocent child to suffer. It is your bitter resentment\u2014you must forgive this person.\u2019 At that moment, God revealed that my resentment toward my mother-in-law had become a spiritual barrier.<\/em><\/p>\n

By God\u2019s grace, I said, \u2018I forgive her, Lord\u2019\u2014and to my great surprise, I truly meant it! Then the voice spoke again: \u2018If you really have faith, you will thank Me before you see the results.\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n

In a moment of amazing grace, I whispered, \u2018Thank you, Lord.\u2019 At that instant, my son took one deep, quiet breath\u2014he never had another asthmatic attack again.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

This miraculous healing radically changed Mrs. White\u2019s relationship with God, her family, and others. It led her on a lifelong journey of divine healing, delivering people from spiritual bondage through prayer, forgiveness, and the power of the Holy Spirit.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

From that day forward<\/h3>\n

Anne S. White dedicated her life to sharing the redeeming love of Jesus with those bruised by sin, filled with hate, or trapped in fear and self-pity. Her calling became a lifelong immersion in divine healing\u2014a ministry that continued until her passing in January 2000.<\/p>\n

Mrs. White left behind a precious spiritual legacy through her eight books, published between 1969 and 1998, the last of which, Winning Victory, is the closest to an autobiography. These books, filled with teachings, testimonies, devotions, and prophecy, remain in print today, continuing to impact lives worldwide.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
